As a child I was interested in anything creative, whether it was making clothes, drawing cartoon characters, or making silk friendship bands for friends. Coming from a creative, hands-on family it gave me the inspiration to produce my own work.
I am a self-taught jewellery designer and became interested in beaded jewellery whilst on a trip to America. I visited a bead shop full of thousands of beads and semi-precious stones and was fascinated with how I could produce elegant, unique jewellery using my own ideas and techniques. At first it was just a past-time, but more and more people became interested in my work and wanted me to design something for them, and so Rockett Jewellery was born.
Since this time I have expanded my skills set through numerous schools, courses and self learning books to incorporate the new techniques I have learnt into my work.
I am constantly observing new fashions and trends to ensure my jewellery designs remain unique and stylish for you.
