Dispatch

We aim to dispatch goods to you within 48 hours from receipt of orders. If you order on a weekend or Bank Holiday please allow an extra day. In the event of non-delivery please inform Rockett Jewellery preferably within 7-10 days.

Where do we deliver

At present we only deliver to the UK.

Delivery Charges

£2.50 regardless of order size. If you spend over £40 delivery is free of charge.

First class mail.

Returns Policy

We are happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory for your use, faulty, or damaged, provided that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure that items are packaged carefully and a certificate of posting is obtained from the Post Office (no cost). Ensure your name and address are enclosed together with your item(s).

Please note, refunds will not be given until item has been received safely by ourselves.
